12. Applicability of other charges.
- The rooftop solar system under net metering arrangement whether self-owned or third party owned, installed on the premises of eligible consumer, shall be exempted from various provisions of JKSERC (Terms and Conditions for Intra State Open Access) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time :Provided that the Commission may review such exemption from time to time.
