Section 11(1) in West Bengal Unorganised Sector Workers Welfare Act, 2007
(1)There shall be constituted by the Board a fund to be called "the West Bengal Unorganised Sector Workers Welfare Fund" and there shall be credited thereto-(a)any grants and loans made to the Board by the State Government under section 10;(b)all the contributions made by the beneficiaries;(c)contributions by the employers, if any;(d)all sums received by the Board from such other sources as may be determined by the State Government.
