2. The prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner appears to be genuine and learned counsel for the respondents/bank has no objection to the same. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed, as withdrawn. However, in case, the proposal is made by the petitioner, the bank may consider the same sympathetically.
