91. Scrapers.
- The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that:-(a)a tractor and scraper is joined by safety line at the time of its operation;(b)the scraper bowls are propped while blades of such scraper are being replaced;(c)a scraper moving downhill is left in gear.
