Section 18(2) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General Rules, 2000
(2)If any area is excluded from any market area and included in another one, the licences issued for the area so excluded shall be deemed to have been issued by the committee of the market area in which the area is included and shall be renewable by the committee of that area.
