Section 62(1) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
(1)Minutes of the proceedings at each meeting of a Council or any of its Committees shall be drawn up in Hindi written in Devanagri Script and recorded in a book to be kept-for the purpose separately for the Council and each of its Committee and shall be signed by the Chairman of the meeting or of the next ensuing meeting.
