Section 18(2) in The Navy (Disposal Of Private Property) Regulations, 1961
(2)The Standing Committee of Adjustment shall be constituted by the order of the Chief of the Naval Staff or of such other officer as he may authorise in this behalf at such time and place as is thought fit by the Chief of the Naval Staff or the officer so authorised.
