1. Mr. Balendu Shekhar, learned counsel for the respondent, submits that the reply filed in WP(C) 11778/2021 would also cover the issue in controversy in other two writ petitions i.e. WP(C) 11775/2021 and WP(C) 11689/2022. Rejoinder to the said reply has not been filed.
2. Renotify for disposal on 28 November 2024.
3. In the meanwhile, both sides may file short notes of their respective submissions not exceeding five pages each after exchanging copies with each other at least a week in advance of the next date of hearing.
