Petition under Section 528 of BNSS is filed praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High
Court may be pleased to relax the condition No. 2 i.e., petitioners/Accused
Nos.1 to 18 shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, on
every Saturday in between 10:00 am and 05:00 pm, till filing of the charge
sheet that was imposed by the Hon'ble Court in CRLP. 10954/2025 order
dated 31-10-2025 in Cr. No. 50/2025 on the file of RSASTF PS , Tirupati
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated
31.10.2025 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri.SRINIVASU
L Advocate for the Petitioners, PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for Respondent and
the Court made the following.
ORDER
"This petition is filed on behalf of the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 18 to relax the condition imposed in order dated 31.10.2025 in Criminal Petition No.10954 of 2025, that the petitioners shall appear before the S.H.O. concerned on every Saturday in between 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., till filing of charge sheet.
2) Heard and perused the record. It is reported by the learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed on them without any default since the date of granting bail.
3) However, considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners herein that the petitioners shall appear before the S.H.O. concerned on every Saturday in between 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., till filing of charge sheet is modified to the extent that:
"that the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 18 shall appear before the S.H.O. concerned on every Sunday in between 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., till filing of charge sheet."
4) Accordingly, IA.No.2 of 2026 is ordered.
