Section 88 in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
88. Application for permission.-
Any person desiring to put up a building or structure to be used as a cinema shall make an application in writing to the licensing authority. Each such application shall be accompanied by a true copy of the "no objection certificate issued by Government or the licensing authority in respect of the site where the cinema is proposed to be put up.
