Section 11(1) in The U.P. Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Rules, 1964
(1)The complaint to the effect that there has been a contravention of the provisions of Sections 6 and 7 made to the authorities specified in Rule 10 (2) shall be accompanied by a treasury receipt of Rs. 10.
