Section 10(a) in Uttarakhand (the U.P Excise Act, 1910)(Amendment) Act, 2019
(a)If a result of such an act death is caused, then he shall be punished with rigorous imprisonment which may extend to ten years but shall not be less than seven years and shall also be liable to fine which may extend to ten lakh rupees but shall not be less than five lakh rupees;
