Section 87(6) in Rajasthan Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1996
(6)The Director, Pension Department, Rajasthan, shall inform the Head of Office immediately about the issue of the -(i)Pension Payment Order;(ii)Gratuity Payment Order; and(iii)Balance of the Gratuity Payment Order; and return the pension papers to him which are no longer necessary.
