Section 6(1) in The Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015
(1)The allocation of seats under different categories in an unaided institution, not being a Minority Educational Institution, shall be in accordance with the Maharashtra Private Professional Educational Institutions (Reservation of seats for admission for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De-notified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes and Other Backward Classes) Act, 2006 (Maharashtra XXX of 2006) and as per the Government policy declared from time to time, including the NRI quota.
