OMP (M) No. 56 of 2023 and OMP No. 407 of 2023 By way of OMP(M) No. 56 of 2023, a prayer has been made to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased defendant No. 24. The Legal Heir certificate has also been annexed with the application, by moving OMP No. 407 of 2023. The same is ordered to be taken on record.

Considering the factual position, as mentioned in the application, both the applications are allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The legal representatives, mentioned in para-2 of the application, are ordered to be brought on record and impleaded as defendants No. 24(a) and 24(b).

However, it is clarified that the legal representative Haminder Lal is already on record, as defendant No. 23.

Both the applications are, thus, disposed of.
