(2)The [Executive Officer] [Substituted 'Chairman' by Act No. 11 of 2017, dated 31.3.2017.] may, by public notice, issue directions as to the time at which, the manner in which, and the conditions subject to which, any matter referred to in sub-section (1) may be removed along a street or may be deposited or otherwise disposed of.
