Section 46(1) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission Comprehensive (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 2001
(1)The arbitration of disputes arising between licensees under the Act or in respect of the matters specified in sub-section (1) of section 40 of the Act may be commenced by the Commission either on the application of any of the licensees or persons concerned under sub-section (1) of section 40 of the Act.
