Section 134 in Gauhati Municipal Corporation Act, 1971
134. Accounts to be kept in a form approved by Standing Committee.
- Subject to any rules made by the Corporation in this behalf, accounts of receipts and expenditure of the Corporation shall be kept in such manner and in such form as the Standing Finance Committee may from time to time determine.
