Section 12 in The Maharashtra Religious Endowments (Reconstruction on Resettlement Sites) Act, 1970
12. Limitations.
- In computing the period of appeal under this Act, the provisions of sections 4, 5 and 12 of the Limitation Act, 1963, shall apply to the filing of such appeals.
