269. Budget.
(1)The Board shall prepare and approve, before 10th March every year, its budget for the next financial year, showing its estimated receipts and expenditure.(2)The Budget shall be prepared in Form XXVII and after approval by the Board shall be forwarded to the State and Central Governments so as to reach them by 20th March.
