Section 35 in Haryana Pond and Waste Water Management Authority Act, 2018
35. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Haryana Pond and Waste Water Management Authority Ordinance, 2018 (Haryana Ordinance No.4 of 2018), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
