Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. In course of hearing it is learnt from the bar that another writ petition being WPLRT 160 of 2014 is pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench over the selfsame property.
Since the Hon'ble Division Bench is in seisin over the matter, it would not be wise to dispose of this application at this stage.
Let the matter be adjourned till the disposal of the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench.
