Section 15 in The West Bengal Livestock Improvement Act, 1954
15. Power of Livestock Officer to inspect bulls.
- The Livestock Officer or any other person authorised by him in writing in this behalf may inspect any bull in a specified area, in order to ascertain whether such bull is a approved bull or whether it has been castrated and branded or tattooed in such manner as is required under this Act.
