Section 22(1) in Chhattisgarh Municipalities (Procedure for Conduct of Business) Rules, 2016
(1)Any Councillor may give proposal to the Chief Executive Officer seeking statement of Mayor/President on a matter of urgent public importance relating to Municipal affairs.
