Section 24(3) in AADHAAR (AUTHENTICATION AND OFFLINE VERIFICATION) REGULATIONS, 2021
(3)In the event any such agency referred to in sub-regulation(1) seeks to discontinue using the authenticationfacility as specified in these regulations, it may immediately make an application for termination of itscredentials and stop its functions forthwith:Provided that in such cases, no compensation shall be payable to the agency or to the Authority upon suchtermination.
