Section 26(2) in Himachal Pradesh Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 1988
(2)Every person intending to act as a travel agent, excursion agent or guide in a tourist$$ area shall, before the commences to act as such, apply for registration to the prescribed authority in the prescribed manner.
