Section 7(b) in Dr. M.G.R. Medical University (Affiliation of Pharmacy Colleges) Statutes
(b)The applicant college shall satisfy the University that the college has clear title to the lands without any encumbrance and shall furnish the original title deeds and such other documents as required by the University from time to time in this regard.
