(5)It shall be the responsibility of the Chief Executive Officer to dispose off the condemned vehicle with in a period of three months of condemnation. The head of the office shall he responsible to bring the condemned vehicle to the disposal point in running condition unless it was not in operational condition at the time of condemnation.
