Section 379 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
379. Vesting of public streets in the Corporation.
- All street within the city being or which at any time become public streets and the pavements, stones and other materials thereof, shall vest in the Corporation and be under the control of the Commissioner.
