(10)"Junior College of Education" means a school imparting teacher education to persons for being appointed as teachers [and [Assistant Teacher (Probationary)] [These words were inserted by Maharashtra 14 of 2007, Section 10(b), (w.e.f. 30.4.2007).] ] in pre-school centres or primary schools;
