(a)"Academy" means the Kerala State Chalachithra Academy, the Kerala Sahithya Academy, the Kerala Sangeetha Nadaka Academy, the Kerala Lalithakala Academy, the Tolklore Academy and the Kerala Kalamandalam Deemed University established by the Government of Kerala.
