Section 19(2)(ii) in Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Conduct) Regulations, 2003

(ii)in a case falling under clause (d) or clause (e) of this sub-regulation, his official duties shall not suffer thereby and he shall, within a period of one months of his taking part in such activity, report to the Commission giving details of the nature of his participation.
