Section 13(c) in Finance Act, 2013

(c)in sub-section (3),-

(A)in clause (i), for the words "ten lakh rupees", the words "twelve lakh rupees" shall be substituted;

(B)in clause (Hi), after the words "listed equity shares", the words "or listed units of equity oriented fund" shall be inserted;
