Section 34(6) in Assam Elementary Education Act, 1962
(6)all residuary properties held before the commencement of this Act by any authority constituted under the Assam Basic Education Act, 1954(Assam Act XXVI of 1954), and not transferred to a local authority or to the State Government under the provision of this Act shall vest in and be held by the State Board.
