Section 26(1) in Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2013
(1)The Registrar may,(a)On the request of a State Level Sports Association, or Bihar State Sports Council or(b)On the request of not less then one fifth of the total members of a Sports Association, or on his own motion hold an enquiry, either himself or by a person duly authorized by him.
