Section 9(2) in Punjab Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020
(2)The Fund shall be applied for meeting,-(i)the salary, allowances and other remuneration of the Chairperson, Members, Secretary, officers and other employees of the Authority;(ii)the expenses of the Authority in the discharge of its functions under this Act; and(iii)the expenses incurred to achieve the objects and purposes authorized by this Act.
