Section 22(1) in The Bihar State Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 1983

(1)The State shall cause to be printed and distributed Advocates' Welfare Fund stamps for sale of the value of [five rupees] [Substituted by Bihar Act 13 of 2003.] with the Council Emblem and its value inscribed thereon.
