1. Mr. D'mello learned counsel for the plaintiff states that time for recording evidence has expired on 31 st December, 2018. He states that in consultation with the Advocate for the defendant and the Commissioner the defendants first witness is now to be cross examined . Accordingly I pass the following order :
(i) Time to complete recording of evidence of defendant witness is extended upto 30th April, 2019.

(iii) Report of the Commissioner to be filed on or before 4 th May, 2019.
