Section 1 in Chhattisgarh Rice Procurement (Levy) Order, 2007
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This order may be called the Chhattisgarh Rice Procurement (Levy) Order, 2007.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Chhattisgarh.(3)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the "Official Gazette".
