Section 3(1) in Rajasthan River Basin and Water Resources Planning Act, 2015
(1)As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, the State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute a Council to be known as the Rajasthan State Water Resources Advisory Council to exercise the powers conferred on, and perform the functions assigned to, it under this Act.
