Learned counsel for the respondents states that the matter relating to the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) has been directed to be placed before Hon'ble Division Bench for hearing with the clubbed matters.
Mr. Sunil Sethi, states that the instant matter also requires to be placed before the Hon'ble Division Bench with the clubbed matters, which are listed on 23.12.2020.
In view of the above, Registry to take necessary steps for listing of this matter, with the clubbed matters.
