Section 26(4)(b) in Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2005

(b)For the District Level Sports Associations, primarily on the basis of returns filed by the affiliated State Level Sports Associations with the Rajasthan State Sports Council and, if such returns are not available, on the basis of record of Affiliation available with the District Sports Council on the date of commencement of this Act.
