The statement of the case shall be in the form of numbered paragraphs setting out all the relevant facts and proceedings in their chronological order, the contentions of the parties in relation to the question or questions referred, the finding of fact and law of the Appellate Tribunal thereon and the question or questions of law arising therefrom and referred. It must not contain any discussion on the questions not referred.
