1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
CRL.M.C. 236/20252. Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 560/2022 of Police Station Vasant Kunj (South) for offence under Section 354/354-B//323/509/34 IPC on the ground that complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has settled the disputes with the petitioners.
3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that a similar petition for quashing the cross FIR is already listed before the bench of HMJ Amit Mahajan, so in order to ensure uniformity of decision, this matter may also be sent there.
4. Subject to the order of learned Judge In-charge (Criminal Side), list before HMJ Amit Mahajan on 11.09.2025, as requested.
