Section 2(g) in The U.P. Cement Control Order, 1973
(g)[ 'Licensed dealer' means a person-(i)who is granted a licence in Form B annexed to the Order, to carry on the business of purchase, storage and sale of cement in retail and regular or temporary basis; or(ii)who, being a dealer in building materials, is granted licence in Form 'D' annexed to this Order [* * *] for the purpose of carrying on the business of the sale of cement in loose to actual consumers;]
