Section 28(1)(d) in THE UTTAR PRADESH RECOVERY OF DAMAGES TO PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PROPERTY ACT, 2020

(d)any investigation, legal proceeding or remedy in respect of such right, privilege, obligation, liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment as aforesaid; and any such investigation, legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted or enforced and any such penalty, forfeiture, or punishment may be imposed as if such Government Order or law had not been repealed.
