COMMON ORDER
The above writ petitions are filed to declare G.O.Ms.No.473 Municipal Administration & Urban Development (H-2) Department, dt. 22.10.2011 on imposing Page 3 of 4 SRSJ WP Nos.34535, 34536 and 34539 of 2011 the condition to leave the approach road from 40 ft to 60 ft as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Since the subject matter in the above writ petitions is one and the same, they are disposed by this common order.
3. Sri M. Achyuth, learned counsel representing Sri T. Nagarjuna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that pending the writ petition, Government issued G.O.Ms.No.136 dated 08.11.2021, whereby a fresh master plan was issued. As per the fresh master plan, the land in question has been shown in mixed land use. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that by virtue of G.O.Ms.No.136 dated 08.11.2021, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
4. Recording the submission of learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
