ORDER
S.VAIDYANATHAN,J & KRISHNAN RAMASAMY,J This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by the Division Bench on 23.09.2021 in W.A.No.1664 of 2021.
2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents submitted that the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 23.09.2021 has been complied with. The learned counsel appearing for https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2/4 Cont.pet.No.11 of 2022 the Petitioner also accepted the said contention. He has also made the following endorsement to that effect.
"Orders of the Hon'ble Court are already complied with."
3. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on either side and also in view of the endorsement made, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
