Section 41(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Agricultural Tenancy (Revenue Survey and Record of Rights) Rules, 1967
(1)Every year at any time during the period when the crops grown in the village are standing in the fields, the talathi shall visit the village for the purpose if inspection of the crops and making entries in the register of cultivators and crops.
