The field channels so constructed shall be handed over to the beneficiaries through the irrigation panchayat and receipt obtained therefrom. A map on lattha cloth showing the alignment of field channels, cross drainage works, cart-truck crossings, with details of pipes fixed shall be given to the irrigation panchayat concerned, and one copy shall be retained in the office of the Executive Engineer duly signed by the canal officers.
